Chateau de Siran invites you on a timeless wine tour in the heart of timeless vineyards. Visits to wine cellars, meetings with winegrowers - men and women who are passionate about their land, discoveries of emblematic and rare grape varieties, and of course an introduction to wine tasting... The programme on offer is extensive, and Gérard will help you design a holiday perfectly suited to your desires.

This package for two people includes

• 1 night at Château de Siran in the room of your choice when booking
• A Minervois wine discovery workshop with a partner winemaker
• 5-course dinner (Mise en bouche, starter, main course, dessert and mignardise)
• Drinks during dinner: A bottle of wine, mineral water and coffee, tea or herbal tea.
• Buffet breakfasts
• This offer is available all year round, except from 1 July to 31 August and on Tuesdays when the restaurant is closed.
