General Conditions of sales

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number valid. For stays over 3 nights, a deposit of 30% will be charged at booking. You may cancel your reservation without charge until 72 hours before arrival. After this time the first night will be charged. For any interruption of residence not reported 48 hours before the scheduled departure date, the value of one night will be charged by the hotel.

All reservations are held until 18 hours.
