Nadège’s inspirations

The Chateau de Siran’s table offers a generous, friendly and tasty cooking that invites you to rediscover the authentic flavors of southern accents. We like to work fresh and seasonal ingredients.  We realize our own pastry, pâte feuilletée, crème brûlée... and reinvent themselves throughout the year to offer you intact and unique tastes but in a simple way.

Depending on the season, we offer:

- Green asparagus, parmesan and ham from the black mountain . Guinea fowl with bacon and rates candied with rosemary . Infusion of lavender creme brulee

- Medley of melon, roquette and blue Causses cheese . Pork confit with wine from the Minervois and crunchy vegetables . Mille feuille of strawberries with white chocolate froth

- Puff goat cheese of Bize Minervois and baby spinach . Grilled Salmon with citrus butter and ratatouille . Apricot and raspberry crumble

- Small artichokes sweet and sour . Saddle of rabbit with almonds. Roasted figs, almond cream and biscuits

Non-contractual menus depending on the market.

Our restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, by reservation only.

We offer a unique menu for € 28 served at 8 PM in one of our dining rooms or in the garden in summer (children's menu at € 15).
